Senior Product Manager, Semiconductor Service Division will provide overall support in driving advanced service plan offerings for the service ladder. Reporting to Senior Manager – Business Transformation Technology, you will manage the relationship between advanced Semiconductor Service plan offerings and the wider business in defining and ensuring implementation of technologies and tools for new physical products that aid the implementation of advanced Semiconductor Service plan products.
You will be the “go to person” and champion of digital technologies in support of advanced Service Ladder offerings across the business (i.e., EdCentra 2.0, PdM).
