Direct Response Employment Services is seeking customer service representatives to join our client in Bradford on Avon speaking fluent English along with speaking fluently in either French, Spanish, Italian or German.

You will be joining a fantastic team working within modern offices and a vibrant and fun team with your day to day duties of speaking to customers within the UK and in Europe.

You will be making outbound B2B calls in relation to IT products and software on behalf of clients.

You will have previous customer service experience, good communication skills along with being IT literate.

Working Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 and Friday 09:00 - 16:00 and paying an hourly rate of £12.50 per hour plus commission.

This role is a temporary to permanent role although our client also may consider a direct permanent role for the right candidates.
