Vision for Education are seeking an experienced Youth Worker to work in a specialist school setting that caters to students with Autism, Learning difficulties and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

About The Role
• The Youth Worker will be supporting young people with Special Educational Needs on a one-to-one basis.
• Building a strong rapport with the student to encourage them to attend and thrive in school
• Following the guidance of the teacher but knowing the student well enough to deal with any conflicts
• Working 8:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday
• Working term time only for the full academic year
