To work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday.

Salary between £26k-£30k per annum to include 28 days paid holiday entitlement, inclusive of bank holidays.

We are seeking a candidate looking to further their career with an opportunity to grow and develop into this management role.

Employee Resources manager will assist channel managers with planning and allocating resources/staff for a project/services the company provides.

The ideal candidate will work with our Head of Operations to manage aspects of the business on a day-to-day basis including:

- Scheduling

- Communicating effectively with our staff and schools.

- HR

- Operational tasks

- Liaise with the Recruitment Manager for recruiting requirements

- Quality Assurance Checks

- Account Management of up to 15 schools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
