Viterra is currently seeking a skilled individual to join our Building Services team in a casual capacity. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in operating and maintain various HVAC systems, including low-pressure steam plant, chiller systems, pneumatic systems, and building controls systems, in addition to proficiency in carpentry for performing building upkeep roles. This position requires strict adherence to policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all auxiliary systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Follows procedures in safeguarding building and property from damage, loss, or improper use.
• Inspects and maintains the operation of low-pressure steam boilers, pumps, hot water heaters, fans, chiller, electrical motors, air compressors and auxiliary equipment and performs preventative maintenance. Makes minor repairs and maintenance adjustments.
