Basic Function:

Working as part of a team within the Recreation Department, the Recreation Coordinator, Community Programs will be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and facilitation of various recreational and inclusion programming, for all ages and abilities, within municipal recreational, community and aquatics programs and special events delivered by, or in partnership with Norfolk County.

Please note that daytime, evening and weekend shifts will be required.

Position Description:
• Research and develop short- and long-range plans and programming, with input from the Supervisor, which meet the needs and interests of children, youth, adults and seniors leisure activities within the community.
