Our client is currently looking for a Facility Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Brussels. Day rate is negotiable.

You are the point of contact within our organisation for following up all tasks related to Facilities. Together with your colleagues, you are partly responsible for the operational execution and follow-up of the procurement processes of goods and services. You will report to the Purchase team lead.

Facilities

Tasks and responsibilities:
• You are responsible for following up on the periodic maintenance of all facilities; you are the point of contact for the building manager and the cleaning company.
• You provide a centralised overview of reported problems, as well as feedback on actions taken
• You are responsible for liaising with suppliers (soda machines, water fountains, coffee machines, fruit). You organise their distribution (in-house or by the supplier)
