Core Deliverables

The position supports the overall department in building strong relationships with Malaysia Digital (MD) companies, stakeholders, and partners through strategic engagement efforts. The incumbent is responsible to manage individual units under the Key Account Management Department (KAM) and is expected to support in operationalizing this unit

The incumbent is required to assist the department for all tasks including but not limited to:-
• Strategic Relationship-Building
• Develop and implement strategies to foster robust relationships with MD companies, stakeholders, and partners.
• Innovation in Onboarding Process
• Identify and enhance efforts to innovate and elevate the onboarding process for new MD companies.
• Key Account Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and addressing any issues and concerns.
• Ensure Key Accounts are managed with utmost satisfaction and leads towards the overall organizational success.
