• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via call or live chat.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Update databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers.
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to aid.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
REQUIREMENTS
• College Diploma/ Degree.
• Age between 18 years old to 35 years old.
• Experience as a Customer Support or similar CS role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Patience when handling tough cases.
• Able to work with rotational shifts and midnight shifts.
