• Provide internal IT support for Playtech employees on site in Tartu and remotely
• Troubleshoot IT problems globally via a centralized ticket system
• Prepare and setup (Microsoft Windows, Mac OS): (re)installing systems & software
• Communicate with employees to identify problems and advise on solutions

Qualifications

• Have experience in the field of IT
• Are deeply interested in computers and hardware
• Know how to troubleshoot Windows OS & Mac OS client issues, remote connectivity (VPN) problems as well as have an understanding computer systems and network basics
• Are initiative and team-oriented
• Have a bright mind and willingness to learn
• Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
