The Position

As a Chapter Section Lead you will focus on capabilities development of your section members that align with the chapter vision. You will encourage your team to self-define their career journey and seek ways to enable development opportunities in the direction of the journey. You will have an understanding of the roles within your section to provide mentorship when needed.
