Position Summary:

This position is a new role and serve as Sensei for business units, locations or functions providing expert coaching, teaching, and implementation skills to deepen Watlow’s CI expertise in CI tools, techniques and beliefs. Leads the development of CI capabilities, capacity, and the organizational initiatives to achieve an improved condition that aligns to the True North metrics or Watlow Way. Steward of the Watlow Business System (WBS). Key partner in achieving strategy deployment objectives, true north, and breakthrough results.
