Your Tasks:

• Manage and supervise the full spectrum of employee services function which includes canteen, hostel, accommodation, transportation services, locker, uniform, PPE inventory, clinics etc.

• Liaise with various canteen, hostel, transportation vendors in terms of contract negotiation, and ensure the services level is meeting expectations.

• Resolve process breakdowns and improvements within employee services.

• Oversee the planning, development and organization of employees’ welfare, engagement, recreational and health activities.

• Ensure activities and employee services plan meet and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, and general duty of care.

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
