Responsibilities:
• To manage the full spectrum of HR operations and administration functions within the organization including talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits, employee engagement and welfare, industrial relations, performance management as well as learning and development.
• To develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, procedures and ensure that the initiatives are aligned with the organization business strategy.
• Drive specific HR initiatives in areas such as organization development, employee engagement and talent management to make the company the best place to work.
• Oversee administrative functions such as office management, facilities management, and policy development.
