A leading developer are on the hunt for an experienced new homes sales negotiator, to join their winning team. They have an extensive landbank and are one of the highest volume builders in the UK, so the role has plenty of longevity. This is a developer that pride themselves on providing industry leading training, and clear career progression – the sky is the limit with this role!

You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You will be expected to work weekends due to the nature of the role, with Tuesday and Wednesday as your days off.
