Here at Capita Entrust we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced education professional to join our Governance Services team as an Operations Manager. We are looking for someone with knowledge of schools governance or experience as a school governor as this will enable you to better support the team of governors working for you, we are also looking for someone with a proactive approach to work and the desire to motivate and guide a team.

You would be responsible for the day to day line management of a team of governors as well as day to day interaction with the relevant support services (administrative teams and clerks to governors) You would also take part in recruitment activities for this team working with the internal talent Acquisition team to bring in new members of staff as and when needed.
