About The Role

We are seeking a Central Administrator to join our busy Distribution team.

In this role you will play a pivotal part in supporting the distribution department with various tasks such as reporting, inventory management, maintaining accurate records, co-ordinating stock movements, and assisting with the resolution of any distribution related issues.

Main Responsibilities
• Providing high level admin support for the Central Distribution Team.
• Report compilation and distribution.
• Communicating with customers (Booker branches), 3PL’s and internal stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
• Managing all goods in and goods out transactions for any 3PL activity.
• Stock reconciliation between Booker stock files and 3PL providers.
• Managing stock adjustments on Booker WMS (Warehouse Management system).
• Use of various systems – Booker WMS (Locator), 3PL’s WMS, MIS (reporting tool for SAP) – training will be provided on all systems.
