• Shifts , incl Days and Nights Description and requirements Skanska are keen to hire Helpdesk Administrators on their key, long term Facilities Management contract in Northwood, near Watford. This key role will see you taking telephone calls to report issues at the Northwood site, logging the job on the system, or to simply transfer calls to other personnel on site. **PLEASE NOTE** These roles will see you work a shift pattern which will include (after training) Day and Night shift work on a rota pattern, along with the rest of the team as the department is open every hour or every day of the year. You will :
• Answer all telephone calls within agreed SLA time scales
• Answer all emails within agreed SLA time scales and log HD’s where needed
• Ensure all onsite vehicles are signed for when in use
• Ensure all accommodation keys are signed for and any spare rooms that are given out a the correct form is filled
