We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity within our Child, Family and Young Person's (CFYP) Care Group, working within the Dragonfly Unit.

The Dragonfly Unit is a 12 bed Adolescent General Admission Unit, supporting young people between the ages of 13-17 alongside their families.

Do you have an interest in data, information and experience in Leading a Team? Are you looking to take the next step into Leadership and Management or develop your existing skills?

If your answer is yes, yes, yes, we would very much welcome your application to undertake the newly created role of Deputy Business Support Manager.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, who can effectively manage multiple tasks, work on their own initiative and prioritise their own workload.
