We are now looking for an experienced Concierge / Travel Coordinator with ski resort and industry know-how to join our team based in our offices in the UK or Dubai, UAE. You will be supporting the sales team with delivering the ultimate guest experience for those who have booked their ski holiday through Leo Trippi.

You will be required to fully understand the needs of each client through listening, building rapport and demonstrating competence to ensure customers’ needs are met promptly and precisely.

The job in three bullet points:
• Organise and manage all aspects of the guests’ experience from airport transfers through to ski lessons and restaurant bookings by working closely with partners and third party in-resort suppliers.
