The Role

You’ll be a smart, friendly and enthusiastic member of the team providing vital administrative support. Your IT and organisational skills will be supported by an excellent telephone manner. You will interact with Consultants, patients, and colleagues, being sensitive to our customers’ needs and providing excellent customer service. Administration and keyboard skills are required and previous experience of working in customer service environment is preferred, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
