Actual salary £13,464 per annum based on full time equivalent salary of £25,210

30 hours per week to be worked every weekend except for exeats (third week of each term, two exeats per term)

Term time only plus one week

Fixed term until 31/08/2024

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and empathetic House Assistant to join our highly committed boarding team. Responsible for the welfare and pastoral care of our boarding students, resident house staff undertake evening, wake-up and weekend duties providing appropriate pastoral support for those in their care. The successful candidate will have the ability to work and communicate with young people, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the desire and commitment to make a difference to young people’s lives and their experience of boarding.
