Key information:
• Start in June
• 40 hours a week
• Working Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities include:
• As Sous chef you will second in command to the Head Chef assisting in the day to day running of the kitchen
• Preparing & serving fresh meals
• Ensuring high Food hygiene standards are achieved at all times
• Working as part of a team to continually develop and improve the food offer

Skills required:
• Level 2 food Hygiene qualification
• City & Guilds 706/1,706/2, NVQ level 2 - catering
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
