One of our food processing clients is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor at Brantford, ON location for their facility.

Main Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, including conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging machines, and other machinery used in food processing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain continuous operation.
• Coordinate and perform repairs on faulty equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels to support maintenance activities and minimize production interruptions.
