Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to their destinations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained bus
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Communicate effectively with passengers and address any concerns or questions
- Educate passengers on bus routes, schedules, and fare information
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transit

Skills:

- Mechanical knowledge:

Ability to perform basic maintenance and inspections on the bus
- Customer service:
Provide friendly and helpful assistance to passengers
- Communication:
Effectively communicate with passengers and colleagues
- Writing:

Ability to write reports or incident documentation in English

Note:
