Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Engineer is responsible for the management of various projects within our Coal Business Unit (BU) site operations and the effective delivery of key success factors, such as health and safety, environmental compliance, schedule, cost, and quality.

To be successful, we require someone with outstanding leadership, organization, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills, who can effectively collaborate with partners at all levels across the organization and lead change. This person is self-motivated, able to learn new things, and can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you must have strong problem-solving skills and an adept ability to work with a team.
