Position Description:

As a Portfolio Rotation and Relationship Building Officer, your primary responsibility is to ensure the timely rotation of portfolios, collection of instalments, and maintenance of relationships with customers. You will also be involved in sourcing business, cross-selling banking products, and promoting digital platforms to enhance customer engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Relationship Building and Maintenance:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Rotation & Recovery:
• Follow up with customers for portfolio rotations and timely deposition of instalments.
• Work towards achieving benchmarks for rotation and recovery to minimize defaults.
• Housekeeping:
• Ensure the submission of Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) and Call Memo in a timely manner.
• Collect and submit Loan Against Documents (LAD) as per requirements.
