FINANCE MANAGERJOB REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. AnMBA or professional certifications such as CPA (Certified PublicAccountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are required.

Extensive experience in finance roles, with a minimum of 5 yearsof relevant experience. Prior work experience in any of the Big 4 accounting firms ispreferred.

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financialregulations, auditing, and reporting standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability tointerpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.

Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managingteams and driving results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
