Fraud Alert Specialist

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Fraud Alert Specialist for a 12+ months contract in Netherlands

Responsibilities:

As a Fraud Alert Specialist you are responsible for handling system-driven alerts and identifying irregularities involving (possible) fraud or scams, handling incoming and outgoing telephony and a wide variety of back-office activities.

Important tasks include handling fraud cases in which customers have suffered financial damage, taking preventive measures to prevent further damage, and assessing and awarding compensation. The work includes both real-time and non-real-time tasks.

Experience:

• You are strong in problem analysis and quickly get to the core;

• You have an eye for detail, are proactive, strong in judgment and very accurate

recording (research) data in systems;

• You guarantee the highest quality of risk management;
