We are hiring Regional HR Specialist for MNC! ????????

• JOB DETAILS •

✔Working location: Q-Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

✔Working hours: 8.30AM - 5.30PM

✔Working mode: Hybrid (Mon to Thurs WFO; Fri WFH)

✔Working duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance)

✔Salary Range: RM5,600 to RM7,000 (statutory contribution, medical & insurance coverage)

• KEY REPONSIBILITIES •

✔Responsible for the end to end process of on & offboarding.

✔Responsible for all lifecycle events i.e. Contract renewal, internal transfers, probation review, promotion, etc.

✔Responsible for monthly payroll & benefit administration, HR master info and payroll data input, insurance update.

✔Review and issue on-demand letters to employees. Address employees’ queries on HR process and policies.

✔Prepare HR headcount reports and data analysis for different reporting purpose.

• REQUIREMENT •

✔Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
