MonmouthRobert Half are excited to be working with an industry leading organisation to recruit an Accounts Assistant position, based full-time in office, in Monmouth.
They are offering a very competitive: base salary up to £26,500 initially + flexible start and finish times + onsite parking.
Summary Of The Role
The Accounts Assistant is responsible for assisting the Accountant and the Head of Finance in the efficient operation of the organisations finances
Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Billing
• Cash management of billing receipts and billing payments to include regular processing of Direct Debits and banking.
• Review and control of Fee Debtors, reporting on a regular basis to senior staff
Payroll
• Provide assistance and cover for the preparation and processing of monthly salaries.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly tax and pension returns and the efficient maintenance and retention of appropriate payroll and pensions records.
