The Role
• An excellent opportunity for an aspiring Sous Chef with a proven background in a Rosette kitchen to join an established, stable team
• With just 40 covers, the focus is on delivering the exceptional food, and working closely with Head Chef the Sous Chef will deputise in his absence.
• To take responsibility for the overall administration of the kitchen, including Health and Safety, as well as ordering stock etc
• To assist in the continual development and change of the menu
