We are seeking an exceptional Bars Supervisor to join the team in our independent, family owned hotel.

The role will be to supervise the operation of bar service within the hotel. As Supervisor you will need to have excellent communication skills, an exceptional eye for detail and a drive and enthusiasm to lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service.

Assist the Bars Manager supervising the team across the cocktail and banqueting bar

Close shifts and cash up the tills.

Assist with team training & development.

Assist with team rotas.
