About The Role

We run a small but perfectly formed delivery team at Ecotricity. Between our Project managers and Product Owners we’re responsible for leading the delivery of the technology and associated business change here at Ecotricity.

We have vacancy for a product owner to pair up with one of delivery teams and support the optimisation of one our platforms.

The success of our entire business relies on digital channels and a self-service first model. The energy industry is complex though and many systems and services must be integrated to create journeys that support our customers’ needs. We’re building these journeys that also allow our contact centre agents to fully support our customers and plug the gaps where self-service isn’t possible.

Responsibilities
• Managing the build and continuous delivery of awesome software experiences that improve performance of our platforms
