We are recruiting for a Commercial Account Handler to take responsibility for delivery of customer satisfaction to agreed service standards and procedures, ensuring full FCA compliance in all aspects of insurance. As well as working to ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer in all aspects of the role: Mid Term Adjustments, Broking, Renewals, Cross sales, Claims, Queries Premium financing arrangements

Overview of duties
• Advising a bank of allocated clients on existing products in accordance with their needs
• Sales support including account broking
• Liaison with Account Executives in all aspects of account handling
• Ensure bad debt queries are dealt with efficiently and in line with company procedure.
