Located on the beautiful Hush Heath Estate, in Staplehurst, Kent, the winery welcomes visitors all year round for tours, tastings and events.

The Role:

We are looking for a Sous Chef who is a strong leader with great kitchen skills and strong attention to detail. The ability to motivate, and support a team is essential. A passion for fresh food is required and the ability to bring ideas to the table, to support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management.

The right person will be a hardworking, creative industry professional.
