The Community Rehabilitation Service provides intensive recovery-focussed rehabilitation to individuals with complex psychosis and related difficulties. The team use an holistic approach together with Social Care and 3rd sector partners in order to enable individuals with complex mental health needs to manage more effectively and independently in their community.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Community Psychiatric Nurse to work with our established Thanet service as the team's Senior Community Psychiatric Nurse. The successful applicant will care coordinate and provide rehabilitation nursing input to a defined caseload of individuals with complex mental health problems, they will deliver the therapeutic programme and provide support and supervision to other members of the staff team.
