We currently have an exciting opportunity for the position of System Engineer (Instrument / Electrical Bias) within the Steam & Rotating Plant Engineering group, at Heysham 1 Power Station. We are offering an opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplined team and you’ll be responsible for a variety of Control, Instrumentation, Analysis systems with responsibilities for maintenance, inspection, to achieve full compliance with statutory regulations, Company and site directives.

As a System Engineer you will assist the Group Head in the application of practical experience as well as academic knowledge will be required to manage the reliability and availability of your assigned systems.
