Full Time Nights Care assistant required including weekends on a rota basis. Must be flexible and be able to pick up extra shifts to cover for sickness and holidays. Must be 18+. Day to day duties will include Provision of person centred care including: Full personal hygiene, washing, dressing, bathing, continence management. Moving and positioning, mobilisation with appropriate equipment. Assistance with nutritional requirements and dietary intake. Social activities. Accurate record keeping and able to demonstrate a high calibre of residential record auditing.
