Overview

Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an established family run private elderly care provider for a Home Manager in Wainfleet, Skegness Lincolnshire . This is a chance to part of a medium sized provider with an excellent reputation and to be the Manager of a lovely small service. The successful Home Manager will be responsible for maintaining the current standard of the home and have the aim to reach outstanding in the future.

The Current home Manager has been promoted within the group so there are also plenty of progression opportunities in the future and is also open to deputy managers stepping up as it would be a great first home to manage.
