We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead our Performance team within the housing directorate. The successful candidate will have oversight for business intelligence, risk, and service learning. This role involves direct line management of 4 Senior Performance Data Officers and requires a proactive approach to organising workload, keeping senior leaders appraised of key performance reporting requirements, and updating the performance framework in line with regulatory requirements.

The role demands a keen eye for determining the most appropriate KPIs to monitor as a directorate dashboard, evaluating risks, and testing out assumptions.
