An opportunity has arisen for an experienced / ambitious Project Manager to work with this regionally focussed Tier 2 main contractor based in Berkshire, initially to work on a new build education project in Crowthorne.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for leading your team on site to deliver the construction of this new build teaching building, working within the grounds of a live and operational school and college.

This successful and long established main contractor has an annual turnover in the region of £90m with workload in the Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and West London areas.

Scope of works includes private schools and colleges, retirement living, scientific facilities, commercial and industrial buildings, plus high end residential schemes - typically in the region of £10m to £25m in value.
