the development and implementation of teaching and learning strategies within the department.
Day to Day of the role:

Support the Head of History in leading the department and driving forward the quality of teaching and learning.
Teach history across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5, delivering an ambitious history curriculum.
Mentor and guide staff and students, fostering a passion for history and encouraging academic excellence.
