Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Grower at Jarja Floral International Corp located in Simcoe, ON. The Head Grower will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of crop production, including managing planting schedules, monitoring plant health, implementing pest and disease control measures.

Qualifications
• Extensive experience in commercial horticulture, with a focus on greenhouse production
• In-depth knowledge of plant physiology, crop nutrition, irrigation systems, and integrated pest management
