Reporting to the Manager Member Services Team, Member Service Representatives (MSRs) represent the face of Kindred to our members engaging with us in our branch locations. This position requires a detailed and friendly service partner, who will serve and connect members with solutions that best fit their financial needs, enabling them to experience banking with purpose.
