The Manager, Programs and Services plays a crucial role in overseeing the, development, implementation and management of programs and services delivered through the Henry Bernick Entrepreneurship Centre. This position requires strong leadership and program development skills, and the ability to foster innovation and growth among entrepreneurs, start-ups and businesses. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of the needs and challenges faced by regional entrepreneurs, start-ups and businesses.
• Conducts market research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder consultations to inform program development strategies.
• Defines clear objectives, outcomes, and success metrics for each accelerator program, aligning them with the overall mission and goals of the organization.
