Levvel is supporting our Calgary-based innovative Construction-Industry client in a search to find a dynamic Project Accountant.

You will join a progressive Finance and Accounting team in Calgary, AB for end-to-end accounting cycle including month-end closing. You will have specific Construction Project Accounting experience in your background to help with multiple ongoing site builds!

Key Skills:
• 5+ Years of Accounting Experience for a mid-size organization
• Ability to improve Processes and Cost Analysis
• Project Cost Accounting, Project Budget, and Contract oversight
• Construction cost accounting project experience is required
• On-site, Calgary, AB (Downtown)

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control costs by ensuring all invoices adhere to contract terms
• Review and track approval process of invoices ensuring payment on a timely basis
