Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the area manager, the clinical supervisor is a leadership position within the addiction and mental health team and is responsible for the daily clinical operations of the services locates at Bonnyville Mental Health Services and Bonnyville Addictions Services. Providing leadership to an inter-disciplinary team, this position coordinates and facilitates daily activities, ensuring effective use of resources. Duties include supervising and contributing to the evaluation of staff, providing leadership and coaching to assist staff with complex cases, completing health record audits, completing professional development and achievement of service/program goals as well as facilitating regular case conference amongst our teams.
