Pre-Requisites:

As a Network Support Engineer, you will be required to have hands-on troubleshooting experience in an Enterprise LAN/WAN environment. You should possess strong technical expertise in Cisco and Juniper routers and switches, as well as SDWAN technologies like Silverpeak, Cisco Viptela, and Fortinet. Additionally, proficiency in routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), switching protocols (VLAN, Trunking, Dot1x, STP), MPLS, QoS, VoIP, security technologies, and scripting languages like Python is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global customers and carriers are also necessary.
