Responsibilities
• Lead the Quality Department Malaysia
• Oversee the Quality Control system.
• Ensure overall quality standards
• Maintain a close & cooperative relationship with Operations team
• Act as the main responsible party and Management Representative for QMS according to ISO9001 and HSE standards.
• Drive and stimulate continuous improvement processes.
• Define quality requirements for products & machines
• Manage the budget for the Quality Department.
• Prepare and present management review reports.
• Continuously enhance quality awareness
• Define, promote, and ensure a strategic quality approach in all processes.
• Initiate and maintain the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system.
• Implement and sustain the KPI system.
• Coordinate the Customer Complaint system.
